Organisations in today's digitally disrupted world need to find new approaches to sustain their business and continue to be around to deliver on their vision.

With such a proud history and deep culture, large scale change is very hard, but it is not impossible. In this keynote, Peter MacKenzie, Head of Talent and Leadership will share with you some of the success factors to delivering change. He will cover why leadership is so important in today's modern business challenges and talk about the interventions the team at Lloyd's Register took to over come them

Peter's academic background and early career was in pharmaceutical research, then he transitioned into development work over 25 years ago, working in blue chip corporates, professional service firms, business schools and leadership consultancies. He is currently head of Talent and Leadership at Lloyds register.

Lloyd's Register Group (LR) is a 259 year old organisation that approves the design, manufacture and operation of ships, oil rigs and related infrastructure as well as providing assurance for supply chains. It has 8000 people in 75 countries and a turnover of around £1bn. It is owned by a charitable foundation that invests in research into making the world a safer place.
